So you’ve got a question! Chances are you aren’t the only one. We’ve compiled some of the most frequently asked questions so you can get an answer pronto. 

What’s your return policy? 

We understand sh*t happens. If for any reason you’re not in love with your purchase, we accept returns postmarked by 30 days of your order shipment. 
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all labels attached. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return the item.
Please email contact@afterInfinite.com for all returns. Make sure to include “RETURN” in the subject line and also include your full name, order number and the item(s) you’d like to return in the email body. 

Damages 

It is never our intention, but if you’ve received a damaged item please contact us within 7 days. Email contact@afterInfinite.com with a description of the damaged item and pictures that properly show the damage. We’ll help ya get a replacement in no time. 

Exchanges

We don’t accept exchanges at this time. Simply return and repurchase the item so you can have the perfect fit.

How do After Infinite sizes run?

We offer a variety of different products and provide a size chart in each product description to help you get the perfect fit. Don’t just guess your size — for the best results, actually measure your body or compare the measurements from a garment you already have and like the fit of. 

What’s the material like?

Most — but not all — of our items are made from a smooth, polyester blend. This is what makes our garments stand out with vibrant, all-over art that doesn’t fade. The exact fabric make-up for each item can be found on the product page in the bulleted list under “Key Features.” 

Will my clothes shrink?

The fabric make-up is listed on each product. The items that feature all-over printed art are made from all polyester or a blend (i.e. 82% polyester & 18% spandex). These items will shrink little to none at all so plz consider this when choosing your size.

The Men's and Women's Joggers are made from a polyester/cotton blend. Due to the partially cotton make-up, this product may shrink a bit if put in the dryer.

We do offer some other clothing items made from 100% ring-spun cotton. These items may shrink some, but are made from high-quality cotton that doesn’t shrink as much as your average 100% cotton tee.

Where’s my order?

We understand you want your threads as quickly as possible. Although we wish we could ship to the speed of Amazon Prime, our garments are made to order and created specifically for you. This is how we eliminate some of the fashion waste that contributes to pollution and global warming.

Quality art takes time and we think you’ll agree it’s worth the wait. Your order will be sent out for shipping on average within 3-5 business days of ordering. Here is a general guideline of shipping times:

United States (3-5 business days)

Europe (8-9 business days)

Canada (5-10 business days)

Australia & New Zealand (3-5 business days)

Japan (7-10 business days)

Rest of World (10-13 business days)

International shipping may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different for each country and is based on several factors including package size, value, and weight. After Infinite is not responsible for customs fees.  

My order never came. What do I do?

Please let us know if your order never came! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

Please first double-check the address you entered to make sure it is accurate. If you made a typo on the address, we’d love to send you a replacement, but unfortunately, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address is correct, drop us a line at contact@afterinfinite.com and provide us with your order number. We’ll get it sorted out.

How should I wash and care for my threads?

Our clothes are printed with high-quality inks that will stay vibrant for many years if taken care of properly. We suggest turning your garments inside out and running the washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water. Only wash with similar colors and use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach.

Hang dry your garment or tumble in the dryer on a low heat setting. Do not use fabric softener or dry-clean our products. 

Most of our products are made with a wrinkle-free fabric so there’s no need to iron them.
